I’m Cherita Young—an Inglewood native, chemical engineer by training, and a strategist who believes sustainability should be actionable, inclusive, and anything but boring. I’ve spent the last decade helping companies—from entertainment giants to real estate leaders—turn ESG goals into real-world impact. My work lives at the intersection of systems and soul, translating data into strategy and strategy into progress.

In 2024, I launched SAGE Impact Co to partner with organizations ready to move from intention to execution—aligning governance, reporting, and engagement with clarity and purpose. I'm also building From Inglewood to Impact, a platform amplifying the work of local changemakers and community leaders already creating momentum.
