The Credentials (But Make It Brief)
Let’s Talk
Hi, I’m Cherita Young.
Chemical engineer by training, sustainability strategist by passion. I’ve spent the last decade helping Fortune 500 companies turn their environmental and social ambitions into real, measurable progress. From global carbon footprint reporting to stakeholder engagement strategies, I’ve been in the room, crunched the numbers, and helped teams make sense of it all.
I started this consultancy because too many good intentions get lost in the chaos of unclear data, shifting priorities, and shiny-but-empty metrics. I believe in practical, actionable strategies — paired with a little bit of personality and a whole lot of purpose.
My background spans environmental compliance, commercial real estate, and the entertainment world — yes, that includes festivals, music venues, and even a few stadiums. I specialize in turning complex ESG data into clear, actionable insights and helping companies tell a story that resonates. With over a decade of experience, I bring the rare combo of technical know-how, cross-industry perspective, and a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to getting things done.
I blend technical expertise with a human approach — so the strategies we build are both clear and doable. I’ll deliver the polished report, yes, but I’ll also make sure your team knows what to do next, what to prioritize, and how to keep the momentum going. This work should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
I hold a BS in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University, with minors in Green Engineering and Mathematics. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with companies behind your favorite festivals, the venues that host your go-to sports teams, and one of your most-loved streaming apps — bringing clarity and strategy to their sustainability and social impact efforts.
Whether you’re just starting your impact journey or knee-deep in data with no clue what it’s saying, I’m here to help.
